How to Get Started

Once registered, you will be in. To get started with Twilio, first, you will need to:

1. Press “Enter” in your dashboard home, and you will directed to our full range of features. 
2. Go to and click “SMS Settings” on the left panel in your dashboard. 
3. You will be directed to a “Select SMS Provider” where you will have “Plivo” and “Twilio.” 

To integrate:

1. Hover over “Twilio,” and you will get “Open Website” and “Configure” options. Choose “Configure.” 
2. You will be directed to a step-by-step guide on how to configure as follows:
   • Open up Twilio Website.
   • Purchase credit.
   • Purchase a phone number.
   • (Optional) Specify and verify a sender name with Twilio customer support.
   • Fill in “Account Sid,” “API Key,” “Auth Token,” and “From [Sender Name/Phone Number]” fields as shown on-page.  (You can also create an API key from Programmable SMS > Tools > API Keys.)
   • Once done, click “Save” at the upper right-hand corner of the page.
